Cancellation & Refunds

ClinicFlow AI provides a 14-day free trial so that a clinic can evaluate the software before making a paid purchase.

During the trial, you should test the workflows, features and suitability of ClinicFlow AI for your clinic.

The free trial is provided specifically so that you can make an informed purchase decision. If the product is not suitable for your clinic, you can choose not to purchase a paid plan.

All paid ClinicFlow AI subscriptions are non-refundable after purchase.

Once payment for a paid plan has been successfully completed, Digi Craft Studio does not provide a refund for that subscription.

Unused subscription time is not refundable.

Partial use of the subscription does not create a right to a partial refund.

You may request cancellation of your subscription by contacting ClinicFlow AI through the contact page.

Cancellation does not create a refund for the paid subscription period.

If you cancel during a paid subscription period, no refund or credit is provided for the remaining unused period.

A paid subscription runs until the end of the period already paid for. Cancelling does not shorten that period, and it does not return any part of the payment.

No refund is provided because:

• the clinic stops using the software
• the clinic does not use all available features
• the clinic has fewer patients than expected
• the clinic’s business closes
• the clinic changes to different software
• the clinic changes its mind
• the clinic purchased the wrong plan
• the clinic no longer needs the subscription
• the clinic does not use the remaining paid period

Changing from one plan to another does not automatically create a refund for the original payment.

The price and terms applicable to the new plan are those shown at the time of the change.

This no-refund policy does not prevent correction of a confirmed duplicate charge, or of a payment that was incorrectly charged because of a verified billing or system error.

Where such an error is confirmed, the transaction will be corrected as appropriate.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit a right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Please use the 14-day free trial to evaluate ClinicFlow AI before purchasing.
