Product & Medical Disclaimer

ClinicFlow AI is a software service provided by Digi Craft Studio. In this disclaimer, “ClinicFlow AI” means that software service, “Digi Craft Studio”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the provider of the service, and “you” means the clinic that uses it.

This disclaimer explains the boundary between clinic workflow software and healthcare. It should be read with the other policies listed in section 12. Where a specific policy governs a topic, that policy applies to that topic.

ClinicFlow AI is clinic workflow and administrative software. It is intended to support clinic administration and workflow. It helps a clinic with operational activities such as:

• patient registration and search;
• visits and consultation billing;
• procedures and their payments;
• receipts;
• staff shifts;
• the Day Book and reports; and
• clinic administration, backup and export.

Digi Craft Studio is a software and service provider. ClinicFlow AI is not a hospital, a clinic, a doctor, a healthcare professional, a medical practitioner or an emergency medical service.

The word “AI” in the name ClinicFlow AI is part of the brand. It does not mean that ClinicFlow AI diagnoses patients, prescribes treatment, replaces doctors or makes medical decisions. Additional software capabilities may be introduced from time to time and may be subject to separate terms, disclosures or approvals.

Information displayed, stored, calculated or organised through ClinicFlow AI does not constitute medical advice from Digi Craft Studio.

ClinicFlow AI does not independently diagnose medical conditions. It does not independently prescribe medicine, change a prescription, select medication, determine a dosage or authorize a medical procedure.

ClinicFlow AI does not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional, professional medical judgment, the examination of a patient, diagnosis or treatment decisions. It does not replace the independent professional judgment of a qualified healthcare professional.

The clinic and its authorized healthcare professionals remain responsible for:

• patient assessment;
• diagnosis and treatment;
• prescriptions;
• procedure decisions;
• the interpretation of clinical information; and
• compliance with the professional standards that apply to their practice.

Digi Craft Studio is responsible for providing the software service in accordance with the Terms of Service and the related policies. The clinic’s clinical responsibility does not make the clinic solely responsible for Digi Craft Studio’s own obligations, including its contractual, privacy and security obligations or defects in the software.

Using ClinicFlow AI does not create a doctor-patient or healthcare-provider relationship between Digi Craft Studio and a clinic’s patients. Digi Craft Studio is not the treating provider. Receipts, tokens and administrative messages produced through ClinicFlow AI are not medical advice merely because they relate to a patient’s visit.

Automation in the software does not transfer a healthcare professional’s clinical responsibility to Digi Craft Studio.

ClinicFlow AI is not an emergency medical service. It must not be relied upon for medical emergencies, emergency diagnosis, emergency treatment or emergency response.

ClinicFlow AI works with the information that clinic staff, administrators and other authorized users enter. The clinic is responsible for making sure that information is appropriate and accurate for its operational use. Digi Craft Studio does not verify every item of patient or clinic information that is entered.

ClinicFlow AI may generate or display receipts, reports, Day Book information, billing summaries, procedure and payment records, totals, balances and other operational summaries. These are operational and administrative records. They are not medical reports and they are not clinical judgment.

Authorized clinic staff should review material financial and operational information, and any information that may affect patient care or an important administrative action, before relying on it, where appropriate. This does not mean that every screen needs review by a doctor.

ClinicFlow AI can record and manage procedures for operational purposes, such as ordering, payment and collection. It does not recommend a procedure, determine whether a procedure is clinically appropriate, or approve a procedure medically. The selection of a procedure and its clinical appropriateness remain with authorized healthcare professionals.

ClinicFlow AI is described by what it does: workflow and administrative software for clinics. Nothing in this disclaimer, and nothing on ClinicFlow AI’s public pages, states or implies that ClinicFlow AI holds a regulatory registration, licence, approval, accreditation or certification, or that it has been endorsed by any government body, authority, council or association.

Using ClinicFlow AI does not give a clinic any accreditation, and does not by itself make a clinic compliant with any healthcare or accreditation standard.

Digi Craft Studio does not guarantee that using ClinicFlow AI will improve clinical outcomes, prevent medical errors, ensure regulatory compliance, increase revenue, secure patient safety or lead to any accreditation.

If you believe ClinicFlow AI is displaying incorrect data, an incorrect calculation or unexpected behaviour, or has a technical error, please stop relying on the affected output where appropriate and contact support@digicraftstudio.in.

Software can contain errors and can be unavailable from time to time. Activation, availability and access are described in the Service Delivery & Account Activation Policy. No absolute claim of security is made in this disclaimer; security and data handling are described in the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.

Nothing in this section waives Digi Craft Studio’s obligations under the Terms of Service.

ClinicFlow AI may rely on third-party infrastructure, payment and email services. Digi Craft Studio does not control those external services. Where ClinicFlow AI’s public pages link to third-party sites, Digi Craft Studio is not responsible for their content.

This disclaimer should be read together with:

Limitations, warranties and contractual remedies are governed by the Terms of Service. This disclaimer does not add to or reduce them.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
