Start the trialWhat is ClinicFlow AI?ClinicFlow AI is OPD software for Day Care clinics, provided by Digi Craft Studio: patient registration and search, visits and consultation billing, procedures and their payments, receipts, staff shifts, the Day Book, doctor-wise business, reports, and secure backups and exports.
Is ClinicFlow suitable for Day Care clinics?Yes. ClinicFlow AI is OPD software for Day Care clinics — dental, eye, general physician and BAMS clinics, specialty day-care centres and other appointment- and OPD-focused clinics — with patient registration, procedures and their payments, receipts, staff shifts, the Day Book and daily reports in one connected workflow. Doctors are listed for visit assignment, consultation fees and doctor-wise business reporting; a separate doctor login is not included in the current version.
What happens when the 14-day trial ends?When a trial or subscription is no longer active, existing records remain available, but new clinic activity is paused until the plan is restored. Backups, exports and historical records remain available according to the current product rules.
Does ClinicFlow charge per patient?No. One price per clinic, for the plan you choose — shown monthly or annually. Register as many patients and print as many receipts as you like — the plan is the whole bill.
How many Doctor Listings and Front Desk Users can I add?Starter: 1 Doctor Listing and up to 2 Front Desk Users. Standard: up to 3 Doctor Listings and up to 4 Front Desk Users. Pro: up to 8 Doctor Listings and up to 6 Front Desk Users. The Clinic Admin is included on every plan and does not use a Front Desk User place. Doctor Listings are used for visit assignment, consultation fees and doctor-wise business reporting; separate doctor login is not included in the current version.
Can multiple Front Desk staff work at the same time?Yes. Each Front Desk staff member can operate their own shift, so collections, refunds, opening cash, expected cash and reconciliation remain separate while the clinic continues to share the same patient workflow and Day Book.
How do staff shifts work?Each Front Desk staff member opens their own shift with their own opening cash. A payment is filed in the shift of the person who collected it, and a refund in the shift of the person who paid it out. Expected cash, counted cash and any variance are worked out per shift, while Today’s Patients and the Day Book stay clinic-wide. The Clinic Admin can open a ₹0 shift of their own to pay digital refunds.
Can I see doctor-wise business?Yes. ClinicFlow can show consultation revenue, procedure revenue, collections and outstanding dues by visit doctor while staff shift settlements remain separate. Who performed a procedure does not change which doctor the business belongs to.
Can Front Desk manage procedures?Yes. Front Desk staff can add clinic procedures to a visit, record who performed them and collect payment — by cash, UPI or card — separately from the consultation fee.
Can I print receipts?Yes — on an 80 mm thermal roll or an A5 sheet. Reprint any receipt at any time; printing never creates a second one.
Can I export my clinic data?Yes. Clinic Admins can export the Day Book, collections, doctor-wise reports, visits, outstanding payments, patients and shift summaries as CSV files that open in Excel, from inside the product and without asking us.
How are backups handled?ClinicFlow AI includes application-level backup and recovery tools: Clinic Admins can download a secure, encrypted ClinicFlow backup file, download readable exports and check a ClinicFlow backup file. Server and infrastructure backup arrangements depend on the hosting environment ClinicFlow AI is deployed in.
Can ClinicFlow track refunds?Yes. Refunds and cancellations follow a controlled, role-based approval workflow. Refunds are paid out from the right staff shift, and the audit history records who did what.
What happens when a subscription becomes inactive?Existing records remain available, but new clinic activity pauses until the plan is restored. Backups, readable exports and historical records stay available according to each user’s permissions, and service resumes once the subscription is restored. The Clinic Admin can still export the clinic’s data or ask for the account to be closed. ClinicFlow does not delete a clinic’s records when a plan lapses.
Can I cancel my plan?Cancelling is a decision not to renew: you can stop the next renewal, and access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Your records stay available and exportable. A payment already made is normally not refunded for unused time — the cancellation and refunds page has the details and the exceptions.
Is ClinicFlow AI always available?No online service can promise that, and ClinicFlow AI does not. It works over the internet and has no offline mode, so it is not available when the connection or the server is. If the connection or the server is unavailable, registrations, bills and receipts cannot be recorded until it is back. The Cybersecurity, Service Availability & Business Continuity Policy explains what is and is not promised.
Does ClinicFlow AI include a doctor login?No. A separate doctor login is not part of the current release. Doctors are recorded as Doctor Listings, used for visit assignment, consultation fees and doctor-wise business reporting.
Is my clinic’s data secure?ClinicFlow AI uses layered technical and access controls designed to protect clinic information. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted availability. The Cybersecurity, Service Availability & Business Continuity Policy describes the controls and their limits.
How are privacy and data requests handled?Data-management and privacy requests are handled according to the applicable policy, legal requirements and record-retention obligations. A Clinic Admin can export the clinic’s data, correct a patient’s registration details with a recorded reason, and ask for the account to be closed; a closure request does not by itself delete records.
